Every Reza Millwork project follows a clear, guided path — so you always know what’s happening, who’s on site, and when you’ll be living in your finished space.

Typical timeline: 8–20 weeks depending on scope. We handle permits, trades, millwork, and finishing, coordinating everything around Vancouver building codes and bylaws.

We walk the space with you, review inspiration, and talk through how you live day-to-day — storage habits, natural light, entertaining, and long-term plans for the home.

02 · Design & budget alignment

We develop layout options, millwork concepts, and material palettes — then refine with you until the design and budget feel exactly right before we build.

03 · Custom millwork & renovations

Our team fabricates millwork and manages trades on site: demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and installation — coordinated for minimal disruption.

04 · Walk-through & aftercare

We complete a detailed walk-through with you, take care of final adjustments, and provide care instructions for every surface and piece of millwork we install.
